Valle Unite Rosso

VALLE UNITE's Rosso is an authentic embodiment of Piedmont's winemaking tradition, bringing the region's distinct terroir to the forefront with each pour. This organic wine, crafted meticulously in Italy, offers a harmonious balance with an ABV of 13.0%. Expect a medium body that carries a nuanced tapestry of flavors typically found in Piedmont reds, characterized by ripe fruit notes and a touch of earthiness that echoes its rustic roots. A tasting of this Rosso reveals an elegant interplay of vibrant red berry and cherry undertones, coupled with subtle hints of spice. The wine's balanced acidity and gentle tannins make it accessible, while its moderate oak influence provides depth without overwhelming the palate. The finish is clean and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of its Italian heritage. Serving Rosso at the optimal temperature of around 60-65°F enhances its flavor profile, making it an ideal companion for dining. While decanting is not necessary, allowing the wine to breathe briefly can further enhance its aromatic qualities. Pour it into a standard red wine glass to capture its bouquet fully. Rosso shines when paired with a variety of dishes. Its versatility complements traditional Italian fare such as pasta with rich tomato-based sauces, as well as grilled vegetables or roasted poultry. It is a drink-now bottle, best enjoyed while its fresh and lively character is at its peak, though it may benefit from short-term cellaring if desired.
