Roscato Rose Dolce

Roscato Rose Dolce is a captivating sweet rosé wine hailing from the picturesque region of Lombardia, Italy. This charming wine is a harmonious blend of red and white grapes, resulting in a vibrant medley of fruity flavors that dance on the palate. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 8%, it offers a gentle and approachable drinking experience, perfect for those who appreciate a touch of sweetness in their wine. In the glass, Rose Dolce reveals a delicate pink hue, indicative of its playful character. Expect bright notes of ripe strawberries and juicy raspberries to dominate the aroma, inviting you into a refreshing sip. The body is light and lively, with a slight effervescence that enhances its fruity essence. It finishes with a refreshing crispness that makes it particularly enjoyable during warmer months or as a chilled aperitif. Serving Roscato Rose Dolce slightly chilled, around 46-50°F (8-10°C), will highlight its fresh and fruity profile. While it does not require decanting, allowing it to breathe for a few minutes in a wide-bowled wine glass can help accentuate its aromatic qualities. This rosé pairs wonderfully with a variety of light dishes; consider serving it alongside fresh seafood, summer salads, or a selection of soft cheeses for a delightful culinary match. Roscato Rose Dolce is a drink-now wine, designed to be enjoyed in its youthful vibrancy rather than stored for aging. Its sweet and fruity character makes it a versatile choice for casual gatherings or as a delightful companion to a leisurely evening.
