Bartolomeo Breganze Rosa Di Serra

Bartolomeo Breganze's Rosa Di Serra is a refined rosé hailing from Italy's picturesque Breganze region. With an ABV of 12.5%, this wine presents a delightful embodiment of the area's terroir. Expect an inviting bouquet where fruity freshness is harmoniously intertwined with gentle floral nuances, creating a wine that is as expressive as it is elegant. As you pour Rosa Di Serra, you'll notice its alluring blush hue, setting the stage for a tasting experience marked by vibrant acidity and a smooth, medium body. The wine gracefully reveals notes reminiscent of fresh strawberries and delicate rose petals, with a hint of citrus zest. Its finish is clean and crisp, leaving a subtle, lingering echo of its fragrant bouquet. For optimal enjoyment, serve this rosé slightly chilled, around 50-55°F (10-13°C). While decanting is not necessary, allowing the wine a moment to breathe in the glass can enhance its aromatic profile. Choose a stemmed white wine glass to concentrate its delicate fruity and floral aromas, elevating the tasting experience. Rosa Di Serra pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, making it a versatile companion for meals throughout the year. Consider pairing it with light salads, seafood dishes such as grilled shrimp or scallops, and soft cheeses like goat cheese or Brie. Its balance of freshness and acidity also complements Asian cuisine, including Thai or Vietnamese dishes that feature fresh herbs and light sauces. Enjoy Rosa Di Serra now to experience its vibrant character at its peak; this bottle is crafted for immediate pleasure, not extended cellaring.
