It pours a luminous blush pink, with ripe raspberry aromas, a balance of tartness and sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. Serve it chilled, at about 45°F, in a tulip glass. It pairs well with a mixed berry salad with goat cheese, lightly grilled chicken or soft cheeses on a cheese board.
