Adictivo Plato Tequila

Plato Tequila by ADICTIVO is a distinguished Blanco tequila, hailing from the renowned region of Jalisco, Mexico, and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. As a Blanco, it embodies the pure essence of agave, presenting a spirit that shines with vibrant clarity both in appearance and taste. Expect crisp notes that capture the fresh, peppery qualities typical of unaged tequilas, with a smooth finish that makes it a versatile choice for a range of palates. The beauty of Plato Tequila lies in its adaptability. Its bright and lively profile makes it an excellent candidate for serving neat in a traditional caballito glass, allowing you to savor its full flavor. For those who prefer a bit of chill, it also holds up beautifully over ice in a rocks glass, where the slight dilution can accentuate its subtle nuances. The ABV is a standard 40%, providing a balanced backbone that is neither overpowering nor meek. When it comes to cocktails, Plato Tequila's fresh agave character truly shines. It provides a solid foundation for a classic Margarita, blending seamlessly with lime and orange liqueur to deliver a refreshing, tangy cocktail. Its clean profile also complements a Paloma, where the sweetness of grapefruit soda meets the tequila's earthy undertones, or a Ranch Water, offering a crisp, effervescent experience with a squeeze of fresh lime. For a touch of flair, consider garnishing with a sliver of citrus or a sprinkle of salt to draw out the tequila's innate brightness. In essence, Plato Tequila by ADICTIVO is a versatile and engaging Blanco that invites exploration. Whether enjoyed neat or as a cocktail component, it conveys the authentic essence of Jalisco's revered tequila-making heritage.
