Foam Pavement

Pavement by FOAM is a captivating specialty IPA that hails from the lush landscapes of Vermont, offering a unique experience for those who appreciate the intricacies of craft beer. This brew boasts a robust 8.2% ABV, delivering a rich and full-bodied experience reminiscent of the region's dedication to quality and innovation. Unlike many IPAs, Pavement is crafted with an IBU of 0, making bitterness a non-factor and allowing the intricate dance of malt and hops to take center stage. Expect a sensory exploration as you pour this golden-hued beer into your glass. The absence of traditional bitterness lets the malt profile shine through, presenting a subtly sweet and smooth palate that is unexpected yet utterly delightful for an IPA. Aromatic hops contribute to a fragrant bouquet that tantalizes the senses with hints of tropical and citrus notes, while the malt backbone provides a pleasingly rounded finish. This is an IPA that challenges conventions and invites you to redefine your expectations of the style. For the ultimate tasting experience, serve Pavement at a slightly chilled temperature of around 45°F, allowing its flavors to fully express themselves. Opt for a tulip glass, as its shape will enhance the aromatic qualities and offer a pleasing visual presentation of the beer's rich hue and foamy head. When it comes to food pairings, Pavement is incredibly versatile. Its malt-forward character makes it a delightful companion to spicy dishes like Thai curry or Mexican street tacos, while its subtle sweetness can beautifully balance the savory richness of grilled meats and tangy barbecue. Whether you're a seasoned craft beer enthusiast or new to the world of IPAs, Pavement by FOAM invites you to explore a nuanced take on a popular style. It's a testament to the artistry and creativity that defines Vermont's burgeoning craft beer scene, offering a refreshing and memorable experience in every pour.
