Moonhill Oktoberfest

Moonhill's OKTOBERFEST is an authentic Märzen-style beer, crafted to encapsulate the traditional flavors of Bavarian harvest festivals. With a 5.8% ABV and an IBU of 25, this specialty brew offers a harmonious blend of rich malt undertones and a mild hop presence. Expect a smooth, full-bodied character that is both satisfying and approachable, capturing the essence of seasonal celebration with every sip. The heart of Moonhill's OKTOBERFEST lies in its malt-forward profile, which delivers notes of toasted bread and a slight caramel sweetness. These flavors are complemented by the beer’s subtle hop bitterness, which balances the malt’s richness without overpowering it. This delicate equilibrium makes the beer versatile enough to pair with a variety of autumnal dishes. Consider enjoying it alongside grilled sausages, roasted chicken, or a hearty pretzel with mustard. Its robust body also holds its own against the flavors of aged cheeses or root vegetable dishes, making it a delightful companion for a comforting fall meal. For optimal enjoyment, serve Moonhill's OKTOBERFEST at a temperature between 45°F and 50°F, which allows its nuanced flavors to fully develop. Pour it into a traditional dimpled mug, if available, to capture its amber hues and inviting aromas. This choice of glassware not only enhances the Oktoberfest experience but also nods to the cultural heritage from which this beer draws its inspiration. Whether you're celebrating a festival or simply savoring the changing seasons, Moonhill’s OKTOBERFEST is crafted to bring the warmth and conviviality of a Bavarian gathering to your glass. Its classic style and balanced profile invite both seasoned beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike to enjoy a taste of autumn's timeless traditions.
