Zero Gravity Oktoberfest Marzen Lager

Zero Gravity Oktoberfest Märzen Lager is a delightful homage to the traditional German Märzen beers, born from the heart of Vermont. This amber lager sits comfortably at 5.7% ABV, embodying the spirit of Oktoberfest with its well-crafted, yet unpretentious character. Expect a harmonious blend of malt richness and crisp lager smoothness that makes each sip a celebration in itself. With an IBU of 22, the bitterness is mild and complements the malt-forward profile without overshadowing it. In terms of flavor, this Märzen showcases a toasty malt backbone, offering notes reminiscent of freshly baked bread and subtly sweet caramel. The delicate hops provide a clean finish, making this lager a refreshing choice for those who appreciate balance in their brews. Its medium body and approachable nature make it a versatile beer to enjoy throughout the autumn season or to bring warmth to any gathering. For the optimal experience, serve this Märzen at a temperature between 45-50°F to allow its flavors to fully unfold. A classic stein or a dimpled mug would be the perfect vessel to enjoy this beer, enhancing both its visual appeal and drinking experience. Pairing it with traditional German fare such as bratwursts, pretzels, or schnitzel will accentuate its malt profile, while the clean finish makes it a pleasant companion to roasted chicken or hearty stews. Whether you're marking the Oktoberfest season or simply savoring a well-crafted beer, Zero Gravity's Oktoberfest Märzen Lager offers a taste of tradition, executed with precision and care.
