Description
New Mirage is a hazy New England IPA from The Veil in Virginia, at 8.0% ABV. It is hop-forward, with tropical fruit aromas, juicy citrus and ripe stone fruit, and the smooth body the style is known for. The bitterness is balanced, so the hop flavors come through. Serve it between 45 and 50°F in a tulip glass to concentrate the aroma. It pairs well with spicy food such as Thai curries and buffalo wings. CBC Liquors in Westford carries New Mirage, available in store, for pickup or by delivery.
Customer reviews
