Description
Nero d'Avola from Villarini is an organic red wine from Sicily, Italy, bottled at 13.5% ABV. It is full bodied, with ripe blackberry and plum, a whisper of spice and smooth tannins that give a velvety texture. Serve it slightly cool, around 60 to 65°F, after about 30 minutes of decanting, with grilled lamb chops, tomato based pasta or aged cheese. You can buy it from CBC Liquors in Westford in store, or by pickup, delivery or shipping.
Customer reviews
Drank it straight, no food. Nice deep color and pretty smooth. Would have liked a little more bite but good for an everyday red.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Appreciate you mentioning drinking the Villarini neat, if you ever want more grip, try our Etna Rosso next time. - Tom
