Description
Morphos Pétillant Naturel is an organic sparkling wine from Oyster River in Maine, 12.5% ABV. It is made by the méthode ancestrale, so it finishes fermenting in the bottle and keeps a gentle fizz and some natural sediment. Serve it chilled, at about 45-50°F, as an aperitif or with oysters, soft cheeses and charcuterie. You can buy Morphos wine at CBC Liquors in Westford, in store or by pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Poured it over ice on the porch. Liked how light and fresh it stayed that way. Would go for again with brunch or just sitting out in the sun.
Felt the buzz quicker than I expected with this one. Pretty chill sipper but it does sneak up a bit. Shared the bottle over cards night, everyone liked the fizz.
