Cruz Fuego Mezcal

Cruz Fuego Mezcal, hailing from the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico, is a testament to the time-honored traditions of mezcal craftsmanship. This artisanal spirit captures the essence of its origin with a robust smokiness that defines its character. Made from 100% agave, this mezcal is a genuine reflection of the plant's purity, delivering a smooth finish that lingers with subtle complexity. At a 40% ABV, Cruz Fuego Mezcal is both approachable and bold, making it a versatile addition to any liquor collection. Its smoky depth is a standout feature, ideal for those who appreciate a more intense flavor experience. While it shines when sipped neat in a traditional caballito glass—allowing you to savor its full profile—this mezcal also lends itself beautifully to classic cocktails. A Paloma gains a new dimension with its infusion of smoke and citrus, while a Margarita crafted with Cruz Fuego takes on an earthy undertone that pairs perfectly with a salted rim. For those who prefer their mezcal on the rocks, a simple serving over ice can unlock hidden layers of flavor as it slowly dilutes. While its smoky profile might typically dominate, the gentle chill from the ice can balance its intensity, revealing more of the agave's natural sweetness. Pairing it with citrus fruits, such as a slice of lime or grapefruit, can further enhance the tasting experience, offering a refreshing contrast to the mezcal's inherent smokiness. Cruz Fuego Mezcal's artisanal roots and robust character make it a unique addition to any discerning drinker's repertoire, promising a journey into the authentic flavors of Oaxaca with every sip.
