Coastal Mass Matter Of Moons

Matter of Moons by Coastal Mass is a quintessential New England IPA, hailing from Massachusetts, USA. At 6.5% ABV and with an IBU of 45, it strikes a harmonious balance between bitterness and smoothness. This IPA captures the essence of its regional style, offering a cloudy, golden pour that hints at its juicy character. Expect vibrant notes typical of a New England IPA, where citrus and tropical fruit aromas lead the charge, enveloped by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that rounds out the experience. The beer's nuanced interplay of hop bitterness and malt sweetness makes it an adaptable companion to a variety of dishes. It pairs brilliantly with spicy foods, where its fruity undertones can temper heat while enhancing flavors. Additionally, enjoy it alongside fresh seafood dishes, where its subtle bitterness complements the natural sweetness of shellfish. For cheese lovers, a sharp cheddar or a creamy blue cheese highlights its complex profile. To fully appreciate Matter of Moons, serve it chilled at 45-50°F in a tulip glass. This glassware choice allows the beer's aromas to concentrate, enhancing the sensory experience with every sip. Its hazy appearance and rich bouquet are best showcased through this style of glass, which also supports the retention of its frothy head. For those seeking a beer that is both approachable and intriguingly complex, Matter of Moons offers an authentic taste of the New England IPA tradition. Whether you're exploring the nuances of craft beer or simply enjoying a well-crafted pint, this IPA delivers a satisfying sip that captures the innovative spirit of Coastal Mass brewing.
