Post Meridiem Mai Tai

POST MERIDIEM's Mai Tai is a ready-to-drink cocktail that distills the exuberance of a classic tiki bar into a convenient, portable form. Hailing from Georgia, USA, this canned cocktail features an impressive 23.5% ABV, promising a robust and vibrant tiki experience with each sip. The Mai Tai is renowned for its balance of flavors, and POST MERIDIEM's version ensures that the traditional notes of almond, lime, and a hint of orange linger beautifully on the palate, providing both complexity and refreshment. For those seeking the perfect way to savor this cocktail, serving it chilled is ideal. Simply pop it in the fridge before enjoyment or pour it over ice to enhance its refreshing qualities. The recommended glass for this libation is a classic rocks glass, which allows the aromas to open up as you sip, while also accommodating a handful of ice to keep your drink perfectly cool. While the Mai Tai can certainly be enjoyed on its own, it also serves as a delightful complement to Polynesian-influenced cuisine, such as grilled shrimp or pork skewers. The cocktail's citrusy brightness and warm almond notes can also harmonize beautifully with mildly spicy dishes, offering a balanced counterpoint to bolder flavors. For those who appreciate a bit of garnish, a fresh lime wedge or a sprig of mint can add an extra layer of vibrancy to this already flavorful concoction, making POST MERIDIEM's Mai Tai a versatile and engaging choice for any casual gathering or quiet evening.
