Flying Monkeys Light Moves

LIGHT MOVES by Flying Monkeys is a well-crafted Session IPA hailing from the creative brewers of Ontario, Canada. This brew captures the essence of refreshment with its modest 4.0% ABV, making it a delightful option for those seeking a lighter beer experience without sacrificing flavor. Designed to be enjoyed across many settings, LIGHT MOVES offers a delicate interplay of subtle hops and a gentle malt backbone, resulting in an invitingly crisp finish. With an IBU of 12, expect a restrained bitterness that complements its bright hop character, typical of the Session IPA style. The gentle hop presence allows for a refreshing citrus and floral aroma, balanced by a light malt sweetness that doesn't overwhelm the palate. This harmonious combination makes LIGHT MOVES an excellent companion for a casual afternoon or an easygoing evening. For the best experience, serve LIGHT MOVES slightly chilled, ideally between 45-50°F (7-10°C), to allow its nuanced flavors to fully unfold. A standard IPA glass or a nonic pint glass works well to capture the subtle aromas and provide the perfect vessel for appreciating its clear, golden hue. The beer's crisp body and subtle complexity make it a versatile partner for a variety of dishes. Pair it with a fresh summer salad, lightly grilled fish, or a classic Margherita pizza to enhance both the food and beer's natural flavors. Whether you're a craft beer aficionado or just exploring the world of IPAs, LIGHT MOVES offers a refreshing and approachable choice. Its balanced profile, low bitterness, and light body make it a welcoming introduction to the style, while still providing enough character to satisfy seasoned enthusiasts.
