Description
Life on Märzen by Berkshire Brewing is a 5.6% ABV Märzen-style Oktoberfest lager brewed in Massachusetts. It is a malt-forward seasonal beer with toasty, caramel-like flavors, an IBU of 20 and a smooth finish. It is best served cold, between 45 and 50°F, in a dimpled mug or a stein. It pairs well with grilled sausages, roast pork and smoked meats. You can buy Life on Märzen from CBC Liquors in Westford, in store or through pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Had this sitting outside when it started getting chilly, definitely feels like early fall in a glass. Wish they canned it so I could bring some to bonfires.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
You nailed the season for this one. If you're after something you can take along, check out Night Shift's festbier next time.
Usually a Jack's Abby Copper Legend guy for Oktoberfest but Life on Marzen holds its own. Not quite as rich, but super drinkable and good with soft pretzels.
