Nixta Licor De Elote

Licor De Elote by NIXTA is a distinctive corn-based liqueur originating from Jilotepec in the Estado de México. This spirit captures the harmonious essence of Mexican heritage through its unique blend of flavors. At 30% ABV, it offers a well-balanced profile marked by the sweetness of ripe corn, accentuated by subtle notes of vanilla and delicate spices, creating a liqueur that is both inviting and complex. A versatile addition to any liquor collection, Licor De Elote can be appreciated in various ways. Savor it neat, allowing the rich corn flavors to unfold fully, or enjoy it chilled over ice, where its spiced vanilla undertones emerge more prominently. This liqueur also shines as a cocktail modifier; try it in a Mexican-inspired twist on a classic cocktail, such as replacing the whiskey in an Old Fashioned or the rum in a Daiquiri. Serve Licor De Elote in a small tumbler to concentrate its enticing aromas, enhancing the sipping experience. When paired with food, its sweet and spicy profile complements a range of flavors, making it a delightful companion to dishes featuring grilled vegetables, spicy salsas, or roasted meats.
