Carlson Orchards Legacy 25

Peach Festival by Carlson Orchards is a refreshing cider that captures the vibrant essence of Massachusetts' storied apple orchards. This product is an artful fusion of locally sourced apples and the luscious aroma of ripe peaches, creating a cider that is both invigorating and delicately sweet. With an ABV of 5.0%, it manages to strike a harmonious balance between natural sweetness and a gentle tartness, offering a flavor profile that is inviting and satisfying. This cider is best served well-chilled, between 45°F and 55°F, to allow its fruity bouquet to fully develop. Pour it into a stemmed tulip or traditional cider glass to appreciate the full spectrum of aromas. The initial aroma is a delightful burst of peach, complemented by the crisp freshness of apples, creating a sensory experience that is both aromatic and flavorful. Its bright character is sure to transport you to a sunny afternoon in the orchards of New England. When it comes to food pairings, Peach Festival’s versatile flavor profile makes it an excellent choice. The cider’s subtle tartness and fruit-forward notes beautifully complement the savory richness of grilled pork chops, offering a pleasing contrast that enhances both the drink and the dish. It also pairs nicely with the sharpness of a well-aged cheddar, providing a fruity counterpoint to the cheese’s robust flavors. For a lighter option, consider serving it with a fresh green salad topped with a citrus vinaigrette; the cider’s crisp qualities will mirror and enhance the salad’s refreshing notes. Peach Festival offers a genuine taste of New England's orchard bounty, celebrating the region's agricultural heritage with each sip. Whether paired with a meal or enjoyed on its own, this cider is a delightful reflection of the fruitful collaboration between ripe peaches and crisp apples, offering a bright and enjoyable drinking experience.
