Exhibit A Just A Kitten

Just A Kitten from Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company embodies the approachable nature of a Session IPA, perfect for those who appreciate a lighter touch without sacrificing flavor. Hailing from Massachusetts, this brew offers a refreshing yet delicate experience, with an ABV of 5%, making it ideal for leisurely sipping. Although it carries the label of an India Pale Ale, it boasts a notably low IBU of 0, which suggests minimal bitterness and prioritizes a more balanced malt and hop presence. Expect this brew to deliver subtle notes typical of the style, such as gentle citrus and floral hop aromas that harmonize with a slight malt sweetness. This creates a rounded profile that retains the essence of a classic IPA, but in a more sessionable form. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or enjoying a weekend gathering, Just A Kitten provides a reliable and repeatable drinking experience. When it comes to serving, this beer is best enjoyed at a chilled temperature of around 45°F, allowing its nuanced flavors to emerge without being overshadowed by cold-induced muting. A classic pint glass would serve well to concentrate its aromas, enhancing the drinking experience with every sip. As for culinary pairings, this Session IPA's mild bitterness and balanced profile make it a versatile companion to a range of dishes. Try it with grilled chicken, fish tacos, or a cheese platter featuring mild cheddars and creamy bries for an effortlessly delightful match. For anyone seeking a beer that marries the hop-forward character of an IPA with the ease of a lower-alcohol option, Just A Kitten offers an exemplary choice. Its Massachusetts roots and the thoughtful craftsmanship of Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company shine through in this neatly packaged brew, inviting you to explore the complexities of flavor without the weight of high ABV.
