Isle is a hard seltzer from Après, made in small batches in California, at 5% ABV. It is a ready-to-drink canned cocktail with a clean, crisp taste and lively carbonation, so there is nothing to mix. Serve it well chilled, straight from the can or over ice in a highball glass, with grilled seafood, fresh salads or seasonal fruit.
