Jameson Irish Whiskey is a 40% ABV Irish whiskey from Ireland, made at the Midleton Distillery and sold at CBC Liquors in Westford. It blends single pot still and grain whiskeys into a smooth, approachable whiskey with gentle sweetness, vanilla and a touch of toasted oak. Drink it neat, with a splash of water or on the rocks. It also works as a base for an Old Fashioned, a Whiskey Sour or a simple Highball.

Took a nip of Jameson on the porch in early spring, still too cold for ice but wanted something easy. Smooth enough for sipping neat, just wish it had a bit more depth.
