Description
O'Hara's Irish Stout Nitro stands as a testament to Ireland's brewing tradition, hailing from the heart of Carlow. This dark beer offers an alluring blend of rich and creamy textures that are amplified by its distinct nitro infusion. At an approachable 4.3% ABV, this stout invites drinkers to savor its depth without overwhelming the palate, making it an ideal choice for both seasoned stout lovers and those new to the style. The hallmark of this stout is its nitro infusion, which not only contributes to a luxurious mouthfeel but also creates a mesmerizing cascade when poured, culminating in a dense, velvety head. On the nose, expect subtle notes of roasted malt that seamlessly meld with hints of coffee and cocoa, setting the stage for a tasting experience that is equally rich and rewarding. The bitterness is measured, with an IBU of 40, ensuring that the roasted bitterness complements rather than overpowers, resulting in a balanced and smooth finish. When serving O'Hara's Irish Stout Nitro, a pint glass is ideal to fully appreciate the cascading effect and creamy head that are signatures of this style. Enjoy it poured neat to experience the full array of flavors and textures it offers. This stout pairs beautifully with hearty dishes such as stews and roasted meats, where its robust character can hold its own, or with chocolate desserts, where it complements the sweetness with its roasted, slightly bitter edge. Perfect for moments when a rich and satisfying beer is called for, O'Hara's Irish Stout Nitro is a delightful nod to tradition with a modern twist, thanks to its nitro-enhanced presentation. Whether you’re relaxing at home or sharing a pint with friends, this stout promises an authentic taste of Ireland in every glass.

Better than a lot of stouts twice the price honestly. That nitro pour makes all the difference. Would get again if Im doing burgers or shepherds pie.

Friend swore by this so I tried it out. Poured that classic nitro head, super creamy texture, almost like a milkshake but not sweet. Watched the Celtics game with it, wish I had more in the fridge.

Always cool to hear when someone recommends OHaras for game night. Hope you get to try their red ale sometime too. - Tom
