Other Half Instant Greens

INSTANT GREENS by Other Half Brewing is a Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale that delivers a robust and aromatic drinking experience. Crafted in New York, this IPA is distinguished by its hazy appearance and a punchy 7.5% ABV. True to its style, INSTANT GREENS showcases an abundant use of hops that impart a rich tapestry of aromas, ranging from citrus to dank pine, inviting you into a complex profile with each sip. This IPA is best served chilled to bring out its bold flavors and enhance its aromatic complexity. While it is perfectly enjoyable on its own in a traditional tulip glass, which concentrates the aroma and maintains the beer's frothy head, its vibrant profile also lends itself well to cocktail experimentation. For those who enjoy beer cocktails, try mixing INSTANT GREENS with a splash of fresh grapefruit juice for a refreshing twist on a summer shandy. For food pairings, the assertive hop character of INSTANT GREENS beautifully complements spicy dishes, such as buffalo wings or a well-seasoned curry, as the beer's bitterness can cut through the heat and richness. The citrus and pine notes also make it a delightful partner to grilled meats and seafood, providing a harmonious balance between the savory and the bright, fresh elements.
