Mast Landing Holiday House Party

Holiday House Party from Mast Landing captures the essence of festive cheer with every pour. This American IPA, brewed in the heart of Maine, boasts a balanced 7.0% ABV and a moderate bitterness of 50 IBU, making it an excellent companion for both seasoned hop enthusiasts and newcomers to the style. Expect a vivid array of hop-driven aromas, likely featuring citrus and pine, typical of IPAs, which set the stage for a flavor profile that's both refreshing and complex, yet approachable. Serving this beer at the right temperature is key to unlocking its full potential. Aim for a slightly chilled range between 45-50°F, which allows the nuanced hop notes and subtle malt backbone to shine through without being overshadowed by excessive cold. The ideal glassware for Holiday House Party is a classic IPA glass, which is designed to enhance the aromatic experience while also highlighting the beer's vibrant color and retaining the head for longer. When it comes to pairing, this beer is a versatile companion for a variety of dishes, making it an excellent choice for holiday feasts. Its hoppy profile pairs wonderfully with spicy foods such as buffalo wings or tacos, while the malt sweetness can complement the savory richness of grilled meats or a holiday ham. For those with a sweet tooth, consider pairing with a citrusy dessert like lemon bars, which echoes the beer's own zesty character. Whether enjoyed amidst a lively gathering or during a quieter moment of reflection, Holiday House Party is crafted to bring warmth and enjoyment to your seasonal celebrations.
