Description
Long Trail Harvest Ale is a seasonal Oktoberfest-style beer from Vermont at 4.4% ABV. It pours amber, with a malt-forward, biscuity character, toasted grain and a hint of caramel, and moderate bitterness at 38 IBU. Serve it cool, around 45 to 50°F, so the flavors open up as it warms. It suits autumn meals such as roasted meats, spiced sausages and a soft pretzel. You can buy Long Trail Harvest Ale from CBC Liquors in Westford, in store, for pickup or for delivery.
Customer reviews
not really what I was looking for in an Oktoberfest. A little too light for me, but it did go fine with a leftover slice of pizza. Might try something maltier next time.
