Usually stick with Chimay Blue but wow, this had so much more depth. Whisky cask really made it stand out. New favorite for cold nights.

Roast beef sandwich and a pint of this, worked better than I thought. Heavy stuff, but the smoke really fits on a chilly night. Maybe not an everyday beer for me though.
