Hop Butcher Green Moss

Green Moss by HOP BUTCHER is an immersive dive into the hazy world of New England IPAs, crafted with precision in Illinois. With an ABV of 7.5%, this beer embodies the hallmark characteristics of its style, boasting a rich, juicy profile that IPA enthusiasts have come to expect. The absence of noticeable bitterness, reflected in its IBU of 0, allows the vibrant hop flavors and aromas to take center stage, offering an inviting bouquet of tropical fruits and citrus notes. This beer's silky mouthfeel creates a luscious texture, enhancing the sensory experience with every sip. The New England IPA style is known for its unfiltered appearance and Green Moss stays true to form, presenting a hazy, golden hue in the glass. To fully appreciate its aromatic complexity, serve this beer in a tulip glass, which will help concentrate the fragrant hop scents to the nose. Ideally enjoyed at a slightly chilled temperature around 45-50°F, this allows the flavors to unfold slowly and gracefully. Pair Green Moss with foods that complement its fruit-forward characteristics. A well-spiced grilled shrimp dish or a citrus-infused ceviche would enhance the beer's tropical notes, while a creamy goat cheese can cut through the beer's richness to create a harmonious pairing. Whether you're a seasoned IPA lover or a newcomer to craft beer, Green Moss offers a compelling take on a beloved style that continues to captivate with its lush, aromatic profile.
