Yu Gin

YU Gin emerges from the heart of London, offering a distinctively balanced character that both honors and reinvents the classic gin profile. At an invigorating 42% ABV, this gin exhibits a juniper-forward foundation that is seamlessly intertwined with a contemporary twist of citrus and subtle floral notes. Each sip reveals layers of complexity, unfolding into a silky smooth finish that intrigues the palate. Ideal for a range of classic cocktails, YU Gin truly shines in a Negroni, where its botanical notes complement the bittersweet elements, creating a perfectly rounded concoction. Its citrus and floral undertones also make it an exemplary choice for a refreshing Gin & Tonic. Serve in a balloon glass filled with plenty of ice and garnish with a fresh slice of lime or a sprig of rosemary to accentuate its aromatic qualities. The gin’s clarity and depth allow it to stand out in a classic Martini, while a splash of soda and a twist of lemon turn it into an invigorating Tom Collins. For those who appreciate the finer details of serving, the preferred glassware for YU Gin's cocktails ranges from the elegance of a martini glass to the practicality of a highball glass, depending on your choice of cocktail. Each option allows the drinker to fully appreciate the gin's aromatic profile, highlighting its versatility. Whether enjoyed neat to savor its intricate botanicals or mixed into your favorite cocktail, YU Gin promises a refined tasting experience that reflects the rich heritage and innovative spirit of London’s distilling tradition.
