Freeland Spirits Gin

Freeland Spirits Gin is a distinctive offering from the heart of Portland, Oregon, where craftsmanship meets nature's finest ingredients. At 45% ABV, this gin is a vibrant exploration of the floral and citrus spectrum, bringing a nuanced balance that highlights its Pacific Northwest roots. Every sip reveals a symphony of botanicals, with a delicate dance of juniper intertwined with the freshness of citrus and the subtle allure of floral undertones. This harmonious blend makes Freeland Spirits Gin a versatile choice for both classic and contemporary cocktails. For those who appreciate a well-crafted Gin & Tonic, Freeland Spirits Gin elevates the experience with its crisp and invigorating citrus notes. Serve it in a highball glass filled with plenty of ice, garnished with a twist of lemon or grapefruit to enhance its natural zest. The gin's floral nuances also make it an excellent base for a Negroni, where its complexity can stand up to the bold flavors of Campari and sweet vermouth. Alternatively, a classic Martini allows this gin's character to shine through, best served chilled and adorned with a simple lemon peel. When hosting or indulging in a quiet moment, consider serving Freeland Spirits Gin in a balloon glass to fully appreciate the bouquet of aromas as you sip. A sprig of rosemary or a few juniper berries can further accentuate its botanical profile, offering an added layer of sensory pleasure. Whether you're crafting a Tom Collins or experimenting with your own cocktail creations, this gin's versatile nature and exquisite balance make it a cherished addition to any spirits collection.
