Wormtown Fresh Patch Pumpkin

Wormtown's Fresh Patch Pumpkin is a quintessential autumnal indulgence, capturing the essence of a New England fall in every sip. Brewed in Massachusetts, this seasonal specialty beer is crafted with authentic pumpkin puree, infusing each glass with a genuine taste of the harvest. At a modest 4.5% ABV and an IBU of 18, it strikes a welcoming balance between a light malt sweetness and the warm embrace of spices reminiscent of a freshly baked pumpkin pie. What sets Fresh Patch Pumpkin apart is its ability to evoke the comforting flavors of fall without overpowering the palate. Expect a pleasant medley of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove harmonizing with the subtle malt profile. The pumpkin character is present but restrained, allowing the spices to shine through in a manner that is both inviting and satisfying. For the best experience, serve this pumpkin ale slightly chilled at around 45-50°F, which helps to accentuate its complex aromas and flavors. A tulip glass is ideal for capturing the aromatic bouquet, allowing the spices and pumpkin notes to envelop your senses fully. Pair Fresh Patch Pumpkin with hearty dishes that echo the comfort of the season. It's a natural companion to roasted turkey or chicken and complements the sweetness of butternut squash soup or a classic pecan pie. Whether enjoyed with a meal or as a standalone treat, Wormtown's Fresh Patch Pumpkin is a delightful tribute to the flavors of fall, perfect for savoring as the leaves begin to turn.
