Description
Fluffy is a hazy New England IPA from Night Shift, brewed in Massachusetts at 7% ABV and 50 IBU. Citra, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops give it pineapple candy, ripe nectarine and citrus peel flavors on a soft, pillowy body. Serve it around 45°F in a tulip glass to show off its hazy, golden color and aroma. It goes well with spicy Thai curry or fish tacos topped with grilled pineapple salsa. You can get Night Shift Fluffy IPA from CBC Liquors in Westford in store, for pickup or by delivery.
Customer reviews
Had Fluffy on the porch after mowing. Nice and hazy, could go for a little more bite but I liked the pineapple thing going on.
