Description
Flooded is a Specialty IPA from The Veil, a craft brewery in Virginia, at 6.0% ABV. It has a bright citrus aroma with subtle tropical fruit, a balanced malt backbone and moderate bitterness that lets the hops come through. Serve it chilled, around 45 to 50°F. It goes well with spicy food such as buffalo wings or curry, and with ceviche or citrusy grilled salmon. CBC Liquors in Westford carries The Veil for pickup, delivery or shipping as well as in store.

Compared to Heady Topper, this one feels brighter and a little less hazy, which I actually like. Still big on hops but easier going for an afternoon beer.

Heady is tough competition but FLOODED holds its own. If you ever want something hoppier from The Veil, ask at the counter. - Tom
Heard about FLOODED from a buddy down in Richmond and tracked it down up here. Liked it just as much the second time, super drinkable but not too heavy. Wish they had it in bigger cans.
