Description
Fiano Di Ball by Casa Di Baal is an organic Fiano white wine from Colli di Salerno in Campania, Italy, with an ABV of 13.5%, available at CBC Liquors in Westford. It shows bright citrus, white peach and pear, with lively acidity, medium body and subtle minerality. Serve it slightly chilled, around 50 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit, in a standard white wine glass. It pairs well with fresh seafood such as grilled scallops or Italian seafood risotto. You can buy it in store, for pickup or by delivery.
Customer reviews
Way better than the last Falanghina I had from Puglia. This was crisp but not harsh, just what I wanted with grilled shrimp.
clean, easy drinking, no regrets
Solid for under $25. Not as floral as some Fianos I have tried, but smoother than a few whites that cost way more. Definitely keeping this one in the rotation.
