Description
Even More Irish Jesus by Evil Twin is an audacious take on the classic stout, bringing a hearty dose of New York flair to the table. This 12% ABV imperial stout vividly captures the essence of traditional Irish stouts while infusing its own spirited personality. Expect an intense, dark beer that hits the palate with pronounced chocolate and coffee flavors, a tribute to its rich, roasted malt foundation. The 70 IBU provides a balanced bitterness that complements the sweetness and creaminess, resulting in a layered and satisfying sip for those who crave boldness in their brews. Serving this stout is an experience best savored slowly, allowing the complex flavors to unfold. Pour it into a tulip glass or a snifter to maximize the aromatic profile, and enjoy its rich, creamy head. While it shines when enjoyed on its own, the full-bodied nature of Even More Irish Jesus makes it a stellar companion to hearty dishes like beef stew or a rich chocolate dessert. For those who like a bit of experimentation, a splash of cold brew coffee or a hint of bourbon added to the stout can further elevate its complexity. While not a conventional choice for cocktails, this beer's robust character can lend itself to creative libations. Consider incorporating it into a beer cocktail, perhaps paired with a touch of Irish whiskey for an innovative take on a classic boilermaker. Whether you're a seasoned stout aficionado or new to the style, Even More Irish Jesus promises an indulgent exploration into the world of dark beers, with a unique nod to both Irish tradition and New York innovation.

My brother loved it way more than I did. He took the last can home so guess I'll be getting more.
-
strong stout, not too sweet
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Nice call, sometimes you just need a bold one that isn't a sugar bomb.

Last Friday's poker night beer. Big and heavy, good to sip all evening but definitely one to split with the group. Tasted even better once we brought out the Guinness cupcakes.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Glad it worked out for poker night, pairs well with chocolate for sure. Next time you're looking for something in that big stout range, ask about what we've got from Greater Good.
