Mighty Squirrel Dear Mack

Dear Mack by Mighty Squirrel is a testament to the art of brewing, hailing from the scenic landscapes of Massachusetts. As a New England IPA, this beer captures the quintessential qualities of the style with an expected hazy appearance and a bright, aromatic profile. With an ABV of 6.5% and an IBU of 50, Dear Mack strikes a harmonious balance between smooth malt undertones and the lively, citrus-forward hop character typical of a well-crafted IPA. The beer's aroma teases the senses with floral notes and hints of tropical fruits, leading to a full-bodied mouthfeel that is both refreshing and satisfying. This IPA shines brightest when served at a temperature between 45°F to 50°F, which allows its complex flavors to unfold fully. Pour it into a tulip glass to enhance the visual allure of the hazy pour and concentrate its enticing aroma for a fuller experience. As you sip, enjoy the subtle interplay between the fruity hop flavors and the gentle bitterness, making each mouthful a delightful exploration. When it comes to food pairings, Dear Mack complements a variety of dishes, enhancing your culinary experience. Try it alongside spicy grilled shrimp, where the beer's hoppiness counters the heat, or with a classic Margherita pizza, as its citrus notes harmonize with the fresh tomato and basil. For a sweet twist, pair it with a tangy lemon tart, allowing the beer’s fruity palate to mirror the dessert’s refreshing zest. Whether enjoyed with a meal or as a stand-alone indulgence, Dear Mack by Mighty Squirrel promises a noteworthy journey into the world of New England IPAs.
