Description
Cloud Codex is a 7.0% ABV New England IPA from Burlington, brewed with Vermont roots and sold at CBC Liquors in Westford. It pours a cloudy golden color and offers aromas of mango, pineapple and gentle citrus zest over a hop-rich base. The bitterness is subdued, so the juicy, smooth fruit flavors lead. Serve it at 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit in a tulip glass to bring out the aroma. It suits anyone who likes a softer, fruit-forward hazy IPA.
