Las Californias Citrico Gin

Citrico Gin by LAS CALIFORNIAS is a distinctive spirit from the sun-drenched landscapes of Baja California, Mexico, characterized by its vibrant citrus-forward profile. With an ABV of 40%, this gin presents a harmonious blend of traditional botanicals, enhanced with a bright and zesty citrus essence that sets it apart from more juniper-dominated counterparts. Expect a refreshing and lively taste that captures the essence of fresh citrus groves, making it a delightful addition to a variety of cocktails. The lively citrus notes of Citrico Gin make it a superb choice for a classic Gin & Tonic, where its fresh flavor can shine through the effervescence of tonic water. To serve, use a balloon glass with plenty of ice to allow the aromas to flourish. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a sprig of fresh rosemary to complement and elevate the citrus profile. For a Negroni, Citrico Gin's citrus character adds a refreshing twist to the traditional balance of bitter and sweet, creating a cocktail that's both invigorating and complex. Citrico Gin also finds its place in a crisp Martini, where its vibrant flavors offer a new dimension to the cherished classic. Serve it chilled in a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel to accentuate its citrus essence. Alternatively, it can breathe new life into a Tom Collins, where its bold, bright flavors meld seamlessly with the tartness of lemon juice and the sweetness of sugar syrup, resulting in a cocktail that is both refreshing and satisfying. Whether used as the star of simple concoctions or as a vibrant base for more complex mixtures, Citrico Gin by LAS CALIFORNIAS invites exploration with its lively and refreshing character. Its unique blend of traditional botanicals and pronounced citrus notes ensure that every sip is a celebration of the rich flavors of Baja California.
