Description
Captain Barry is an American IPA from RAR Brewing in Maryland, at 7.0% ABV with an IBU of 70. It has a hop profile that suggests citrus and pine, balanced by a malt backbone with a subtle sweetness, and it finishes crisp and refreshing. Serve it at 45 to 50°F in a tulip glass. It pairs with spicy foods like buffalo wings or curry, and the malt contrasts nicely with salty dishes such as pretzels or a charcuterie board. You can get Captain Barry from CBC Liquors in Westford, in store or through pickup, delivery or shipping.
