Eden Cider Brut Rose

Eden Cider's BRUT ROSE is a vibrant expression of Vermont's cider-making prowess, capturing the essence of heirloom apples intertwined with subtle red fruit nuances. This cider exudes a delicate pink hue that alludes to its thoughtful composition, offering a crisp profile that is both refreshing and elegantly restrained. At 6.9% ABV, BRUT ROSE presents a dry finish that lingers gently on the palate, inviting sips that reveal layers of apple and whispers of berry-like notes. Typically enjoyed chilled, BRUT ROSE is best served at a temperature of around 45-50°F to enhance its refreshing qualities. While decanting is not necessary, allowing it to breathe slightly in the glass can help open up its aromatic profile. A tulip or white wine glass will perfectly complement the cider, focusing its aromas while allowing the effervescence to shine. This cider is particularly versatile when it comes to food pairings, harmonizing beautifully with a variety of dishes. Its crisp nature and fruit-forward character make it an excellent companion to light fare such as salads with goat cheese, seafood like grilled shrimp, or even a charcuterie board with a selection of mild cheeses and cured meats. For those with a penchant for sweet pairings, consider serving it alongside a berry tart or apple galette, where its acidity can balance the sweetness. While BRUT ROSE is crafted to be enjoyed now, it offers an intriguing glimpse into the potential of cider as a sophisticated beverage option. Its balance of fruit, acidity, and dryness makes it an exemplary choice for those exploring the broader spectrum of cider experiences.
