Description
Embark on a flavorful exploration with Book Of Nomad by GRAFT, a cider that skillfully intertwines the lively tang of sour beers with the refreshing crispness inherent in quality ciders. Hailing from New York, this intriguing blend boasts an ABV of 6.9%, striking a harmonious balance between bold innovation and traditional cider craft. Expect a tart and refreshing experience, with each sip revealing layers of complexity that invite you to savor its distinctive character. Ideal for serving at a temperature between 45-50°F, this cider unfurls its full spectrum of flavors when gently chilled. Pour it into a tulip glass to concentrate its enticing aromas and enhance the tasting experience. As the cider swirls, you'll notice how the glass's shape accentuates its effervescent and zesty notes, making it a centerpiece for convivial gatherings or contemplative moments alike. The acidic profile of Book Of Nomad pairs beautifully with a range of culinary delights. Consider matching it with a cheese board featuring aged cheddar or brie, where the cider's tartness cuts through the creaminess, creating a delightful contrast. Alternatively, its refreshing qualities complement grilled seafood, such as seared scallops or shrimp, enhancing the natural sweetness of the dish. For a vegetarian option, try it alongside a crisp apple and walnut salad, where its bright flavors meld seamlessly. With its inventive fusion of sour and cider elements, Book Of Nomad is not just a drink; it's an invitation to explore the uncharted territories of taste. Enjoy the journey.

Fish tacos and this together just worked. The sourness cuts right through all the fried stuff and lime. Definitely grabbing more for next taco night.

That sums up Book Of Nomad pretty well. If you like that style, check out some of Graft's other cans too. - Tom

Tried it straight from the can at a picnic. Super tart, almost like drinking a Berliner weisse, but with that crisp apple edge. Not my usual thing but I liked it cold after a hot day.
