Description
BLUEMIATA is a New England IPA from THE VEIL in Virginia, USA, a hazy, juicy, hop-forward beer with tropical fruit and citrus aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. Many drinkers serve this style cold but not icy, around 45-50°F, in a tulip glass that gathers the aroma and holds the foamy head. It pairs well with grilled seafood, tangy barbecue, spicy Thai curry or a charcuterie board with creamy cheeses and cured meats. If you searched for the veil blue miata, this is the beer: you can find BLUEMIATA from THE VEIL at CBC Liquors in Westford, with pickup and delivery available.
Customer reviews
Dangerous one, felt lighter than it is. By the time we were halfway through the game night I could definitely tell it was 7%. Solid IPA from The Veil.
