1634 Blueberry Dream

Blueberry Dream by 1634 is a delightful fruit beer that hails from Massachusetts, offering an inviting blend of sweet blueberries and a smooth malt foundation. With an ABV of 5.0%, this beer strikes a balance between being light enough to enjoy on a warm day yet flavorful enough to leave a lasting impression. The low bitterness, rated at just 15 IBU, ensures that the blueberry essence remains at the forefront, providing a slightly tart, aromatic profile that is both refreshing and satisfying. This beer shines when served at a cool 45–50°F, allowing the blueberry notes to fully express themselves without overpowering the malt undertones. Pour it into a tulip glass to enhance its aromatic bouquet and to appreciate its vibrant color. The wide bowl and tapered top of the tulip glass are ideal for capturing the beer's fruity fragrance and subtle malt nuances, making each sip a flavorful experience. Blueberry Dream pairs beautifully with a variety of foods, making it a versatile choice for pairing. Consider enjoying it alongside a fresh spinach and goat cheese salad, where the slight tartness of the blueberries complements the creamy richness of the cheese. For those preferring heartier fare, try it with grilled chicken or pork dishes, where its sweet and tart profile can cut through and complement savory flavors. Whether you're savoring a light lunch or a robust dinner, Blueberry Dream adds a refreshing touch to any meal.
