Burlington Bloom Wizard

BLOOM WIZARD from Burlington Brewery is a New England IPA that embodies the region's renowned brewing creativity and craftsmanship. Brewed in the scenic landscapes of Vermont, this beer offers an intriguing experience for IPA enthusiasts. With an ABV of 8%, it strikes a balance between robust flavor and drinkability, perfect for those who appreciate the lush, hoppy character of New England IPAs. Expect BLOOM WIZARD to deliver a symphony of tropical fruit flavors, typical of this style, with hints of ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and perhaps a touch of citrus zest. The beer’s appearance is likely a hazy golden hue, a visual hallmark of the New England style, which complements its juicy taste profile. Despite its 0 IBU rating, which suggests minimal bitterness, the beer maintains a satisfying hop-forward presence that's both aromatic and flavorful. Serving BLOOM WIZARD at its best involves pouring it into a tulip or IPA glass, which helps to concentrate the delicate aromas and visually appreciate its hazy appearance. Aim for a serving temperature between 45°F and 50°F to allow the beer's complex flavors to fully express themselves. This IPA pairs beautifully with foods that mirror or complement its tropical fruitiness, such as grilled seafood with citrus glaze, spicy Asian dishes, or a fresh arugula and goat cheese salad. The beer's full-bodied profile and fruity notes can also balance the richness of a creamy blue cheese. Burlington Brewery's commitment to quality and community shines through in BLOOM WIZARD, making it more than just a beer but a part of Vermont's vibrant craft scene. Whether you're an IPA connoisseur or simply exploring new flavors, this New England IPA offers a refreshing perspective on what an imaginative brew can be.
