el Mexicano Blanco 90 Proof

Blanco 90 Proof by El Mexicano is a spirited expression that captures the pure, unadulterated essence of Jalisco's finest agave. This tequila embodies the vigor and vibrancy typical of a Blanco, with an elevated proof that appeals to those who relish a more pronounced agave punch. Crafted using traditional methods, it allows the natural character of the agave plant to shine through, offering a smooth yet robust profile for enthusiasts who appreciate bold flavors. In the glass, Blanco 90 Proof delivers an assertive bouquet that hints at the complexity within. While the higher proof sets it apart, the taste remains balanced, showcasing the earthy sweetness and vegetal notes characteristic of high-quality agave spirits. It’s best savored neat, in a classic caballito glass, allowing its full range of flavors to unfold as it warms slightly in your hand. However, for those who prefer a chilled experience, serving it over ice can mellow its intensity without masking its core attributes. Blanco 90 Proof's vivacious flavor makes it a versatile companion in the world of cocktails. Its potency and clarity enhance a Margarita with crisp, clear notes, while in a Paloma, it adds depth to the refreshing citrus and soda mix. For a lighter touch, it pairs beautifully in a Ranch Water, where its vibrancy is matched by the cool effervescence of mineral water and a hint of lime. Whether indulging in creative mixes or appreciating the raw beauty of the spirit on its own, this tequila offers a genuine taste of Jalisco's tradition and craftsmanship.
