Short Path Amaro

Short Path Amaro stands out as a uniquely crafted liqueur from Massachusetts, embodying a harmonious blend of botanicals that deliver a distinctive bitter-sweet experience. With an ABV of 30%, this liqueur presents a rich and complex profile that reflects its artisanal roots. The carefully curated selection of herbs and spices contributes to its layered taste, which evolves beautifully on the palate with each sip. This Amaro is best enjoyed both as a standalone digestif and as a versatile cocktail ingredient. When sipped neat, it reveals a tapestry of flavors that are simultaneously invigorating and soothing. For those who prefer a more chilled experience, serving it over ice can mellow the initial bitterness, allowing the sweeter notes to shine through. Incorporating this liqueur into cocktails can elevate classic recipes or inspire new creations. Consider using it in a Negroni twist, where its nuanced bitterness complements the gin and vermouth, or mix it with a splash of soda water for a refreshing spritz. To fully appreciate Short Path Amaro's complexity, serve it at a cool temperature, either in a classic rocks glass or a taller tumbler for mixed drinks. Its bold flavor profile pairs wonderfully with rich, savory dishes or sharp cheeses, making it an excellent companion for culinary explorations. Whether you are winding down after a meal or experimenting with cocktail creations, this Amaro offers a distinctive taste of New England craftsmanship.
