Schilling Alexandr

Alexandr by SCHILLING is a delightful interpretation of a European-style lager, crafted with precision in New Hampshire, USA. With an approachable 5.0% ABV and a modest 20 IBU, this beer embodies the quintessential balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Expect a clean, crisp profile that both pays homage to traditional lager roots and adds a contemporary flair. The resulting brew is both refreshing and pleasantly straightforward, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate the nuanced simplicity of a well-made lager. A beer like Alexandr is best served chilled, ideally around 45-50°F, to highlight its clean, refreshing qualities. Pour it into a traditional pilsner glass, which will help maintain the carbonation and enhance the subtle aromas, allowing you to fully appreciate its balanced character. Its light, effervescent body makes it an excellent match for a variety of foods. Consider pairing it with soft pretzels, grilled bratwurst, or a crisp Caesar salad to complement its crisp notes and slight bitterness. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or a lively get-together, Alexandr offers a versatile and enjoyable experience. Its well-rounded flavor profile makes it a reliable companion for casual sipping or as a palate-cleansing partner to your culinary explorations. This lager demonstrates that sometimes, simplicity done right can be the most satisfying choice.
