In the United States, rye whiskey is made from a grain mixture that is at least 51 percent rye, which tends to give it a spicier, drier character. Bourbon is made from a mixture that is at least 51 percent corn, which usually tastes sweeter. The Whistlepig range we carry includes both rye bottles and a 10 Year Bourbon.
