We carry Remy Martin Vsop Cognac and Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal. You can find both at CBC Liquors, 142 Littleton Rd, Westford, MA 01886.
Both are cognacs, a brandy made from grapes in the Cognac region of France. VSOP is an age grade meaning the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend has spent at least four years in oak. 1738 Accord Royal is a separate Remy Martin expression, named for the year King Louis XV granted the house permission to expand its vineyards.
Cognac is commonly sipped neat or with a little water or ice, and VSOP is also often used in cocktails. How you serve it comes down to your own taste.
