A Casamigos margarita comes two ways: pre-mixed from the brand's own ready-to-drink line, or made at home with Casamigos tequila. CBC Liquors in Westford carries both, and the full range sits on the Casamigos brand page.
What is a Casamigos margarita?
There are two answers. The first is a margarita made with Casamigos tequila, the brand's blanco being the usual choice. The second is a pre-mixed margarita sold under the Casamigos name, ready to pour.
If you searched for the second kind, we carry several flavors. If you meant the first, you build it yourself and we stock what you need. Both are covered below.
Everything Casamigos in the shop is gathered on the Casamigos brand page, so you can see what is in stock before you drive over to Littleton Rd.
Which pre-mixed Casamigos margaritas do we carry?
The ready-to-drink line we carry includes the CASAMIGOS Classic Lime Margarita, the CASAMIGOS SPICY MARGARITA and the CASAMIGOS PASSION FRUIT PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITA.
The lime is the straightforward one, the spicy adds heat to the same idea, and the passion fruit and prickly pear is the fruitier choice. If you are picking for a group, one of each lets people compare.
These sit alongside the rest of our ready-to-drink section, so you can browse other canned and bottled cocktails in the same trip.

Which Casamigos tequila should you use for a margarita?
The CASAMIGOS Blanco Tequila is the natural pick. Blanco tequila is unaged or barely aged, so it tastes of agave and citrus, which is what a margarita wants.
The CASAMIGOS Reposado Tequila has spent time in oak. Reposado means rested, and it gives a margarita a rounder, slightly warmer character. The CASAMIGOS Anejo is aged longer and is generally sipped, though some people do mix with it.
If you want to compare other styles first, our tequila section has more, including blanco and reposado pages.
How do you make a classic margarita at home?
The classic ratio is simple: two parts tequila, one part orange liqueur and one part fresh lime juice. Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice and add a lime wedge. A salted rim is optional.
Adjust to taste. If it is too sharp, add a little more liqueur or a touch of agave syrup. If it is too sweet, add lime.
Fresh lime juice makes the biggest difference. For the orange liqueur, look through our liqueur section.
What else do you need besides tequila?
Beyond the tequila, you need limes, an orange liqueur, ice and a shaker. Salt for the rim is easy to forget.
If you would rather add sparkling water or a flavored twist, our mixers section covers the basics for cocktails at home.

Are Casamigos bottles hard to find?

If you are hunting for something specific and do not see it, call or stop in. We also keep an allocated items page for harder-to-get bottles, and a special order request page for kegs and special orders.
