WORMTOWN's STRIKE OUT ALS is an inviting pale ale hailing from the heart of Massachusetts, designed for those who appreciate a balanced and approachable beer. With an ABV of 5% and an IBU of 55, this brew offers a harmonious blend of mild bitterness and refreshing drinkability. Expect a pleasing interplay of floral and citrus hop notes, underscored by a subtle malt backbone that rounds off the flavor profile, making each sip as engaging as it is easygoing. This pale ale is ideally served at a temperature of 45-50°F, where its flavors can shine without being muted by excessive cold. Pour it into a classic pint glass to fully appreciate its pleasing aroma and to support the head retention, which is key in delivering the beer's aromatic qualities with each taste. The glassware will help showcase its vibrant color and lively carbonation, enhancing the overall experience. When it comes to food, STRIKE OUT ALS is as versatile as the style suggests. Pair it with classic pub fare such as a hearty burger or fish and chips to complement its hop character. For a lighter option, try it with a fresh garden salad or grilled chicken to balance the malt sweetness and hop bitterness. The beer's balanced profile also complements spicy cuisine and sharp cheeses, allowing for a delightful contrast that elevates each bite.
